About Me

Story

My journey as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist began with a curiosity about health and a strong desire to help those close to me achieve true, lasting wellness.

As a mother, I began to question conventional approaches to healthcare. I noticed that symptoms were often treated without exploring why they were happening in the first place. Having faced my own health challenges from childhood into young adulthood—including struggles with mental health—and watching loved ones experience similar difficulties, I felt called to look deeper.

I found myself asking important questions: Why do some people experience negative side effects of medications, while others benefit? Why are some people affected negatively by vaccinations or common medical procedures, while others are unaffected?  What may be contributing to the explosion of ADHD, Autism and mental health diagnosis we are seeing today? These questions became the starting point of my journey into understanding how nutrition, environment, genetics, and lifestyle all play a role in our health.

Too often, healthcare visits lead straight to prescriptions, while coping turns into self-medicating—whether through food, alcohol, shopping, or other habits. When we step back and look at the bigger picture, we begin to see how small daily choices can have a powerful impact. Sleeping better, feeling calmer, improving digestion, and stabilizing mood often start with simple, consistent changes.

The good news is that your body is not working against you. Your thoughts can be reshaped. Your lifestyle can influence how your genes express themselves. With the right support, healing and balance are possible.

While Western medicine is valuable, it doesn’t always address root causes. This understanding led me to integrate genetic testing with holistic nutrition and lifestyle practices. Every person has a unique genetic blueprint, and by understanding it, I can create personalized wellness plans that support both mental and physical health.

My mission is to provide individualized, compassionate support that empowers you to take control of your health. I have seen how learning to work with your body—rather than against it—can create meaningful, lasting change. This is what drives my passion for holistic nutrition and helping clients move toward sustainable, whole-body wellness.

My mission

At The Saed, my mission is simple: to help you achieve optimal health by integrating personalized nutrition with genetic insights. In today’s world, we are constantly bombarded with one-size-fits-all solutions to health, but everyone is unique. I believe true wellness comes from understanding who you are at the genetic level and using that information to guide you toward the best health outcomes. By combining traditional holistic practices with cutting-edge genetic testing, I am able to offer bio-individualized recommendations that are specific to your needs.

This approach is grounded in the belief that each person’s body reacts differently to diet, lifestyle, and supplementation, and it’s essential to honor those differences. My mission extends beyond just physical health; it includes mental well-being as well. I work closely with clients experiencing mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism and more, offering genetic insights to address underlying factors.

Through personalized meal plans, supplement protocols, and lifestyle modifications, I aim to empower you to take control of your health and live a life of balance and vitality. My goal is to support you every step of the way, ensuring you feel equipped to thrive.
